The work presented here is a selection of Aha! moments captured. A distillation of Wonder. Very personal and betraying the nature (pun intended) of the viewpoint. These are images that I delight in seeing over and over again. And then there is the opportunity to bring this eye and technique to the practical world, as in:

Available in San Diego County, particularly East County, the same eye is turned to presenting Real Estate with a unique artistic view.
Agents and Brokers have repeatedly told me that presentation sells. A well executed, high resolution, sensitively perceived set of photographs can have a very positive effect on the marketability of a property. As Agent Carmen C. observed: "The Sellers were very impressed with your work. The Condo sold the first weekend, and I have Agents calling asking if they can submit back up offers, sight unseen. We both know why, your photos."
